My Shedrow. First Stall, Mark of Success, of course!

I found the racetrack in a round about way. At the age of 11, I was taking a tap dancing lesson at the famed, Phil Black Dance Studio. It was located in the heart of Manhattan, NY on West 45th Street & Broadway. The black and white TV was playing while I was skipping away to the time step when greatness appeared on the screen. "It's Secretariat, he is moving like a tremendous machine!" Just what was announcer Chic Anderson raving about? Secretariat. That son of Bold Ruler out of Somethingroyal, who romped home while I stopped tapping. That my friends was the day I was hooked on the Sport of Kings.
